Mushroom, onion and thyme (v)
Back in the days when I was a vegetarian eating out was a chore due to the lack of choice available to someone who didn’t eat meat. So I ended up cooking for my friends regularly and this pie was one of my favourites. It proved a great hit, not just with the veggies but my meat-eating friends would rave about it too.
Our mushroom, onion and thyme pies are packed full of chestnut mushrooms and onions providing a full flavour. They are seasoned with lemon thyme and oregano to give it a great taste.
Chestnut mushrooms, onions, butter, lemon thyme, oregano, creme fraiche, salt and pepper.
Contains wheat, gluten, milk and egg.
